Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Truong Minh Huy Vu, Chairman of the Executive Agency of VIFC-HCMC, stated that VIFC-HCMC is strategically oriented to become a platform that connects international capital flows, technologies, and initiatives to serve Vietnam's green transition process and enhance its overall competitiveness.

This agreement also marks a continuation of the Net Zero Challenge program, jointly initiated by Temasek Foundation, Touchstone Partners, and HIDS since 2023. After three seasons of implementation, the program has attracted over 1,500 innovative solutions, mobilized more than 3 million Singapore dollars in catalytic capital, and supported over 10 startups in developing climate technology solutions in Vietnam.
